Midland and Odessa drivers are again paying above-average prices for unleaded regular gasoline.MRT file photoGas prices fell in Midland and around the state during a week plagued by a winter storm, according to AAA Texas.The organization showed Texas' average dropped by 1 cent to $3.12 and Midland's average fell 3 cents to $3.25. In fact, prices dropped across the region, including 8 cents in El Paso, 6 cents in both San Angelo and Abilene and 5 cents in both Lubbock and Odessa. AAA Texas stated in its weekly report that fuel supplies remained decent and crude oil prices have fallen slightly even with higher national demand from a week ago.
