Mar. 30—Midland Health has appointed Stephen Bowerman as President and Chief Executive Officer. Bowerman fills the vacancy left by Russell Meyers as he transitions to a developmental role for the Midland Memorial Foundation, focusing on completion of the Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center and other developmental projects. "The board is grateful for the 20 years of service Mr. Meyers has dedicated to Midland Health and our community," Devin Alsup, chairperson of the Board of Trustees, said in a news release.
